David Sahakyants - solo exhibition

On November 5, at 17:00, we kindly invite you to attend the opening of Davit Sahakyants' solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art. The exhibition will be open until November 15. ---------------------------- Artist, film director, animator, producer Davit Sahakyants was born in 1975 in Yerevan, in the family of famous animator Robert Sahakyants. In 1992 worked at the "Hayfilm" film studio, later at the National Film Center of Armenia, as an artist-animator. Since 2008, he is a member of the Union of Cinematographers of Armenia. In 2010, together with Hayk and Naira Sahakyants, he founded the animation studio "Robert Sahakyants Production", which he manages. He acted as a director in the following films: "Hot Hot Dog" (2002), "Live" (2002), "That Day" (2002), "The Game" (2003), "Prediction" (2003), "4 Songs" (2007), "Normal Cartoon" (2007), "Musical". Primer" (2007), "Singing Numbers" (2008), "Hayrenner" (2009), "Mher's Request" (2011) and others. He is the author of more than 30 animated films, videos and educational films. 2016 was awarded the title of Honored Culture Figure of Armenia.
